We are pleased that you have chosen to participate in this comprehensive training that will provide you with all the knowledge and skills needed to become certified in our assessment tools: TQ Personality, TQ Motivation, and TQ Cognitive reasoning.
The first part consists of our digital course, which you have just started. This course is entirely self-paced and video-based, which means you can go through the material at your own pace and whenever it suits you. The course offers a thorough introduction to the theories and principles underlying our tools. Here, you will learn how each tool works, what they measure, and how the results can be used to make well-informed decisions.
After completing the digital course, you will schedule a follow-up session with one of our experienced consultants. This session is a crucial part of the training where you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you have accumulated during the course. During the session, we will also conduct practical exercises that help you reinforce and apply the knowledge you have gained. Moreover, we will go through the certification process, and you will receive detailed information about what is expected in the final step of your training.
The final part of the training is the certification itself. We will guide you step by step through this process to ensure that you are well-prepared and feel confident about the certification. Our goal is for you to leave the course with both the theoretical understanding and the practical skills required to effectively use TQ assessment tools in your work.
TQ Personality is our personality profile that provides effective and easy-to-understand, scientific insight into a candidate’s personality in the workplace. The questionnaires take about 25 minutes to complete and are available in a variety of languages. After completing the test, you immediately receive several reports that can be directly used in the recruitment process and continuously in various developmental processes during an individual’s employment.
TQ Cognitive reasoning is an ability test in three parts that measures verbal, numerical, and logical ability and can be used for all types of positions. The results will not only show the level of different skills but also provide valuable information on how a person best absorbs information.
TQ Motivation is a motivational questionnaire that focuses on an individual’s values and drivers in the workplace. The purpose is to measure and map out the factors that contribute to stimulating and enthusing people in their daily work. TQ Motivation helps you create a positive culture within your organization.

This certification training consists of three parts. The first part of the training is that you watch our digital course, the course that you have started watching now. This course is entirely digital, and you can watch it at your own pace.
Once you have finished watching our course, we will ask you to book a follow-up session with one of our experienced consultants from TQ. During this session, you will have the opportunity to ask all your questions. We will also perform some practical exercises to reinforce what you have learned during the course.
During the follow-up session, you will also receive detailed information about the upcoming certification, the final part of this training. We will guide you through the entire process so that you feel confident and well-prepared to become certified.
The entire training is digital. Our course is video-based, and our meetings occur via teams.
The goal of this training is to give you an in-depth understanding of the theory and science behind the tools you will be using. You will learn how to interpret results both in selection situations and development contexts. Additionally, you will gain insight into the different reports and how to best use them.
In this course, we will go through our three assessment tools. We will start with TQ Personality. We will explore the psychometrics behind personality and behavior. We will go through what TQ Personality is and how the assessment works. Then, we have a review of different character traits and how the reports should be interpreted.
Next, we will go through TQ Cognitive assessment, which are our tests for cognitive ability. We will have a review of cognitive ability; in which contexts it is important and in which it is not. We will go through the tests as well as how to interpret the results in the various reports.
Lastly, we will go through TQ Motivation. We will create an understanding of what motivation is and why it is important in the workplace. We will also go through what the form looks like, different motivational factors, and how the reports should be interpreted.
